How To Make Authentic Indian Masala Chai
Ingredients:

- 2 Cups of Water

- 2 Teaspoons of Black Tea Leaves

- ¼ Teaspoon of crushed Black Cardamom

- 2 Cloves

- 2 pieces of Cinnamon Bark

- 2 pieces of Ginger Root

- 3 Tablespoons of Honey or Sugar

- 2 Cups of Milk
Instructions

- In a medium-sized pot, add the water, black tea, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon bark, and ginger root.

- Bring the pot to a boil and then reduce the heat.

- Simmer for 5 minutes.

- Add the honey or sugar to the mixture and mix until it is dissolved.

- Add the milk and bring to a boiling point.

- Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.

- Remove from heat and strain the mixture.

- Pour the tea into cups and enjoy!
