Making an Authentic Indian Masala Chai

Ingredients

  • Water – 2 cups
  • Tea Leaves – 1 ½ teaspoons
  • Cardamom Pods – 2 or 3
  • Ginger, finely chopped – ½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon Sticks – 2
