Herbal Iced Tea Recipe
- 1 cup dried herbal tea blend
- 4-5 cups boiled water
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh herbs of choice, minced
- Honey or sugar, to taste
- Ice cubes
- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea blend and stir until well blended.
- Add fresh herbs, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Allow mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain into a mug or jar. Sweeten to taste.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the tea over it.
- Enjoy your herbal iced tea cold!
