How to Make Yogi Tea
Yogi tea is an herbal blend of spices, herbs, and other natural ingredients that is both fragrant and warming. Making your own yogi tea is easy and it only takes a few simple steps!
- 2 teaspoons of green tea leaves
- 1 teaspoon of cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of cloves
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of fennel
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 cups of water
- Put the green tea leaves in a medium-sized pot.
- Add the cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, fennel, and black pepper to the pot.
- Add 3 cups of water to the pot and let it come to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, lower the heat and let the tea simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve to remove the spices.
- Pour the tea into cups or glasses and enjoy!
