Steeping Oolong Tea

- Let the tea steep for around three minutes. This is the minimum amount of time necessary to release the full flavor of the oolong tea. Any longer could result in a bitter taste.

- Be mindful of the temperature. As with the Asian style, the ideal temperature for steeping oolong tea is about 90oC, just below the boiling point.
