Is Brisk Iced Tea Good for You?
Brisk iced tea is a popular cold beverage, but is it good for you? While some might assume that iced tea is in general a healthy option, there are some considerations to be aware of before making iced tea a frequent part of your diet.
Iced tea contains beneficial antioxidants, specifically the flavonoids catechins, quercetin and epicatechins, which may provide a range of health benefits, including:
